Yesterday you blocked me account due to security , I lost 1/2 days pay and was late
to an important hospital appointment. Today I’ve gone to my account after being told it is fixed I have no access to my money which means I can’t get to to work, I am a temp at the moment if I’m not in today I’m going to lose my job!!

Please call the Clubcard Pay+ team on 0345 835 6295 and they'll be able to look into this for you and help you access your account asap and investigate why this has happened to make sure it doesn't happen again.
