No need to withdraw minimum payment

    You have taken £25 off my bank account even though I have zero balance on my credit card . Why have you done this and can it be put back into my bank account

    This may be because your direct debit was in process if you had made a manual payment towards the account recently. We start the direct debit collection process 3 working days before your direct debit is due to collect.

    There are a few different options on how you can get the money back.

    1. Direct Debit indemnity- call your bank and ask them to do a direct debit indemnity claim and they will put the money back into your bank account.
    2. Credit balance refund- to request through the app or website the instructions can be found here.

    Alternatively, call our Credit cards Team on 0345 300 4278 (Mon-Fri: 8am-9pm) (Sat-Sun: 8am-4pm). They will be happy to help you with this.

    Please note, to complete credit balance refund online/app or via the phone you need to wait until the money has cleared first and is no longer pending.
