Hi, my fixed rate bond matured today and last week I instructed you to reinvest in another FR Bond @4.40% that you where offering. Looking at my banking app it is now sat in an account at just over 1%, when will it be transferred over please?

Your new fixed rate term will begin on the date your existing term ends. If your term has already ended it will begin once your reinvestment request has been processed.
