Changes to interest

I have typically always paid off my credit card balance every month but have recently been charged interest every month.

As an example, my November bill covers transactions between 7th October - 6th November. The bill is dated 6th November, but is not due until the end of November. I get paid on 28th of each month so between 28th November and 1st December, I would pay off the balance of the November bill in full.

There would still be a balance for other more recent transactions, but these would be in the December bill.

I have done this for years and have never had to pay interest. Has something changed recently? My February, March and April bills have all had interest added.

@davestonalsuck Hey there, thanks for getting in touch!

There have been no changes to how and when we charge interest. It is outlined in the 'summary of balances' section of your statement why you've been charged interest.

However, if you've checked and are still unsure, please
