I’m trying to apply for a loan through my Tesco banking app but continually get stopped and asked to update my online details. Despite checking my details are correct it will not let me continue with my application. Any idea what the issue could be please?

Sorry to hear about this. Are you attempting to make the application in the mobile app, but are then asked to transfer to Online Banking to update personal details, or are you requested to update them in the app?
Are there any sections with a red star symbol next to them indicating the info is wrong/needs updated?

@ChristopherP Hi. I’m asked to update them on the online banking. Nothing in red. It’s only my address, email and phone number. I go in and check them but then won’t continue with my application. It also has a couple said I need to log out of my insurance account. I don’t have one and have had Tesco insurance confirm this

@ChristopherP I’ll give them a call. Thanks for reply. I spoke to loans but they were only able to try do my application over the phone which will take too long ideally
