I have recently opened a savings account and have set up online banking and can see the account however I was told I wouldn't be able to take money back out of account until it was finished been set up and that I needed to sign a form and send it back. I received this form in the post and returned it a couple of weeks ago but haven't heard anything. I just wondered if it has been received and if my account can now be used?
