My balance transfer

    Hi there
    i recently requested a balance transfer from another credit card. The terms were 0% interest until August 2027.
    However, I’ve noticed the transfer has gone through, but have received no confirmation that this rate has been applied. Also I’ve noticed on previous statements no mention of 0% interest periods are shown.
    So, my question is how do I keep track of this and why haven’t I received any confirmation in writing or email as to wether the rate has been applied to the balance transfer

    @RAYCATTERMOLE Hey there, thanks for getting in touch!

    Provided the transfer was made within 90 days of the account opening, then it will be in a 0% period until the date started in the terms you agreed to (Aug 2027 going by what you've said above). Your transfer is referred to in the 'Summary of Balances' section of your statement under '0 rates'.
