@Wandawoo the pin always comes 1st and the card a few days later. After my text the pin came 2 days after that but I guess it depends on the post in your area

As @Gerry56 has outlined above, you will receive your PIN within 3-5 working days followed by your card within 5-7 days. They won't arrive on the same day, I'm afraid!

@ChristopherP is it possible for me to use my card virtually before it arrives, by adding it to Google wallet ?

@Wandawoo You wouldn't be able to use it virtually beforehand as you need to confirm some of the details on the card, I'm afraid. Have you received the card now?
