statement available email but only last month's statement online

    Once again email arrives saying my new monthly statement available but when I click into the latest onscreen and try to save I am told already saved do I want to replace it - no I don't I want what the email suggests a new monthly statement. I have complained before about this but no-one cares.

    I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with this. If you call the Technical Helpdesk, they'll look into this for you and raise an incident for you if they are unable to resolve it themselves. You can reach them on 0345 300 3511, available 8am - 9pm Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday, and they'll be happy to help.
