Missing Online Payment

    Hello,

    Made a payment from Natwest account to my Tesco credit card last week of £200 and never came through. Sort code and account number are correct but name is incorrect. Natwest confirmed that it left my account, but need to speak with Tesco banking to see where it has gone.

    I made another payment on Friday 25th from Natwest to Tesco and this has come through so would like to speak with someone to track where payment is?

    You'll need to call us the Credit Card team for this. You can reach them on 0345 300 4278 (Mon - Fri: 8am to 9pm, Sat - Sun: 8am - 6pm) and they'll be happy to help.

    To speak to one of my colleagues, please choose option 2 and enter your security details, then press 0. If you don't have any details to hand, just press 0 and you will then be passed through.
