Where can you leave customer feedback relating to your general enquiries team?

I have had one of the nicest calls to any contact centre with one of the team today and I feel she really needs commended.

@ChristopherP Thanks for getting back to me with the private message option, I have literally just sent it off... I hope it gets to the correct area and department

I have put on the email that it would be better to have a positive feedback option available through the website or banking app as I found this quite time consuming in comparison to, if I had a complaint for instance where the form is immediately accessible. Totally just my opinion.
