Having to re-regiser credit card app

    Hello

    Earlier on I registered my card using open banking to my Lloyds Bank Account. This had the effect of removing the registration from the Tesco banking app itself. I therefore decide to remove it from the open banking with the my Lloyds Bank app. I then re-registered my credit card on the Tesco Banking App successfuly but everytime I go back into the Tesco App, it is as though I did not re-register it even though it had said it had been successful.

    I don't know what to do, strangely I have another couple of credit cards and it is the same with there apps. I have contaced Apple who washed their hands of the problem. It is not an issue on the apps on my iphone, just on my iPad.

    Can anyone advise?

    I'm sorry to hear about this. Are you given an error code/message when you attempt to access the App?
