Pending payments

    I had two identical pending payments for Veezu a taxi company and I rang them to ask them to remove the second one and they said it should disappear after a while but I should check to see if it has gone. It is still pending and I want to remove it as I paid cash for my taxi and not through the app. Please can you remove it from my account?

    We're not able to remove pending transactions, I'm afraid. They can remain on the account for up to 7 days before dropping off.

    If these transactions are charged to your account, you should contact them directly for a refund. If they are unable to refund you at that stage, please get back in touch with us and we'll do our best to help.
