    I don’t get notified of my spending on my credit card anymore. It worked well in the beginning. Every now and then it would stop working. I would play around turning notifications on and off in the app and on my iPhone and it would work. However, this doesn’t solve the problem anymore. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled, it still doesn’t work. This is a really useful feature, but it doesn’t work. Is there anything else that will resolve this I can do?

    I'm sorry to hear about this issue you're experiencing. If you've reinstalled the App and toggled the notifications off and on again and the problem still persists, then please call the Technical Helpdesk on 0345 300 3511, available 8am - 9pm Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday, and they'll do their best to help.

    I hope you get it all sorted.
