I've been using the latest incarnation of my Tesco credit card with amazon without issues. Now, suddenly, it's being declined even though the two factor authentication is correct. Very frustrating. I've checked all the usual suspects such as credit limit etc but everything appears to be in order. Any suggestions from the floor? Many thanks.

I'm sorry to hear about this. If you send a private message, we'll check to see if there is anything preventing you from using the card online.
If there are no blocks or restrictions, it could be a problem with 3D secure which is the system used to verify the card for online purchases. If this is the case, you'll need to call us to resolve this.
