Why can't I seem to find my clubcard points from using my credit card ? It says I have nothing but I've never spent any vouchers

You can check how many Clubcard points you've earned in the Mobile App. Points can take up to 7 days to update on your account. You can find out how you'll earn points by spending on your card here.
If your accounts haven't been merged, please contact the Clubcard team and they'll be able to arrange this for you.
You can reach them here. If you scroll down to 'Clubcard and Clubcard Plus', you can call them or chat with them via WhatsApp.
