    I have applied for a loan been accepted and signed the agreement but I have had no information come through with the loan documents or when it will be paid out or the progress and the loan isn't in online banking as well and because I have no information sent to me I also have no loan ID or reference number how do I track my loan progress

    @Natjh1 Hey there, thanks for getting in touch!

    The Loans team will be in touch directly with an update. If everything is okay with the final regulatory checks, they will text you as soon as the funds have left our account. If there are any issues, they will call you.

    Once you have received your funds and your welcome pack, you will then be able to register the account for Online Banking.
