no access to my savings account

My Tesco visa card was closed 2021 after informing Tesco my husband had passed away. Within the online banking I still have a savings card I have not used since before then. I am living in France most of my time and have to declare all accounts to the tax office or face a penalty. I need to re-establish access to my savings account. I only have the card. Statements may be in my house in the uk in storage, but not with me. How can I get access please?
