Hi, can anyone please confirm how to try to get a refund for festival tickets I bought using my credit card. It was due to take place in July, but has been cancelled by the organisers, who have been put into administration. Administrators have indicated there is unlikely to be any distribution. The sections didn’t seem relevant or cover my situation. Thanks
