My credit card won’t make a payment

    I activated it today and attempted to make a purchase online and it won’t work do I have to do something else first? Or go to a cash point/ machine and put my pin in?

    @Lolaransey Hey there, thanks for getting in touch!

    You should be able to use it right away once it has been activated. Provided you've made sure all the details are correct (name as it appears, card number, CVV, expiry date), and you're still not able to use it, then please send a private message and we'll check to see if there is anything preventing you from using the card.

    it seems to be working if I tap using my wallet but if I try to use my pin or put the card in the actual machine it doesn’t work.im definitely putting it in correctly too so im u sure of the issue? Im also unsure how to privately message as it wont allow me sorry!

    You can reach the Credit Cards team on 0345 300 4278 (Mon - Fri: 8am to 9pm, Sat - Sun: 8am - 6pm) and they'll be happy to help.

    To speak to one of my colleagues, please choose option 2 and enter your security details, then press 0. If you don't have any details to hand, just press 0 and you will then be passed through.

    I hope you get it all sorted.
