Credit Card Application

    I got most of the way through a credit card application, to the point where I was ticking the boxes to agree to the pre-contract credit information and everything, but I was trying to read it all really thoroughly. Because of this, when I pressed the button to move on to the next section of the application I got notification that it had timed out. I'm now not sure what to do... I have an email saying that my credit card is in the post, but I have no information about accessing online banking or if they need any further details from me.

    Any thoughts on what will happen or what I should do now?

    I'm sorry to hear that your application timed out. In this situation, it's best to call to make sure that we have everything we need before the account can be fully opened. You can reach the team on 0345 300 4278 (Mon - Fri: 8am to 9pm, Sat - Sun: 8am - 6pm) and they'll be happy to help.

    You will need your card number before you can register for Online Banking, so you will need to wait on it arriving before you can access the account online.
