Declined Transaction

    Could you please explain why you keep declining my transactions? When I have funds in my account.

    I will be paying for a holiday in the next few weeks (around £7000) and I do not wish this transaction to be declined.

    If there is a problem with my account I am happy to discuss this over the telephone. I have recently transferred funds from my other account hoping this would solve the problem but today my card has been declined again.

    Please advise? If you need to contact me please email me and I will contact you via the numbers on my internet banking for security reasons.

    To speak to one of my colleagues, please choose option 2 and enter your security details, then press 0. If you don't have any details to hand, just press 0 and you will then be passed through.
