How long after providing the additional documents digitally do you get a decision?

    Hi, I applied on Saturday and got approved (so I thought). It said they'd send paperwork to sign and send back via post and they needed a bank statement and that's it. I had an email today saying I could provide the documents online and then they would make a decision so I've done that and it says they will review it and to send back the signed agreement when I've received it. Does anyone know how long it takes them to review the digital documents? I'd like this to be sorted as soon as possible. I only went with Tesco as it was a better interest rate and to be honest I wish I'd just gone with NatWest as I would have had the funds the same day. Thanks in advance for any input.
