Internet saver money withdraw…

    How can you move money out of the internet saving account? Money is easily move into the account but not out on the app. ( no option on the Home Screen or in the settings).

    online I have been able to find a page for adding a trusted account that is in my name for money to be sent to, and after two attempts to move money over I have not been successful. I have seen multiple customers stating the same issue of not being able to locate the move money out button, and also that when the account you have nominated to send money too online (with the same name), and money not being successfully sent.

    can I have some help please??

    I'm sorry to hear about this issue you're experiencing on the Mobile App. Is the withdraw option showing for you in Online Banking?

    @Rwhite im able to see an option to move money out of the account online (not via the app: to confirm there is not an option to send money only receive money on the app).

    online i have been able to add a current account that is solely in my name. I have been asked to send some paper work via post today; could this be a reason that it’s not working? Until I have a signature on file? Money will not be released? Other than that I can not see a logical reason to have an instant access saving account that doesn’t allow you access to your funds?

    @Rwhite Sorry if I've misunderstood, but are you saying that the option to withdraw is showing on Online Banking, just not in the Mobile App?

    Has the option to withdraw appeared in the App now, or is still unavailable for you? Have you posted back your paperwork now?

    I can confirm the only option to withdraw money is online banking, and this is not working. I have given bank details from an account in my name.

    The banking app has NO option to withdraw money, only to deposit into the account.

    I have posted my signature five days ago.

    @Rwhite Thanks for clarifying. In that case, please call the Savings team on 0345 678 5678 (Mon - Fri: 8am - 6pm, Sat - Sun: 9am - 2pm) and they'll be able to look into this for you. Sorry for the inconvenience this is causing in the meantime.
