Limit increase

    Hi, just a quick question please. I have received a letter back in March saying that I would get credit increase and would not have to do anything. The increase has not been applied yet. Is there anything I need to do at all?

    @Svenh85 Hey there, thanks for getting in touch!

    Did the letter outline which date the increase would apply from? If the date has passed, please call the Credit Card team on 0345 300 4278 (Mon - Fri: 8am to 9pm, Sat - Sun: 8am - 6pm) and they'll be able to check this for you.

    To speak to one of my colleagues, please choose option 2 and enter your security details, then press 0. If you don't have any details to hand, just press 0 and you will then be passed through.

    If the date hasn't been yet, then your limit increase will automatically apply on that date.
