Balance enquiry

    On 1st May I purchased a mattress from SPT*Simba Sleep-UK London GBR for £479.00 using SplitIt. The initial payment of £39.92 was taken but the remaining balance of £439.08 was left on the card. A second payment of £39.92 was taken leaving a balance of £399.16 on my account. I have now been charged interest on my current balance. Can you please explain why the remaining balance from that particular purchase through SplitIt was left on my account as a previous one in April was handled properly/correctly? Also will the interest be removed/refunded?

    We'll need you to call so the Credit Card team can look into what has happened. You can reach them on 0345 300 4278 (Mon - Fri: 8am to 9pm, Sat - Sun: 8am - 6pm) and they'll be happy to help.
