Available credit showing 0 after payment

    Hi,

    Usually my banking app displays the balance of my credit card, however after paying the balance in full, it’s not displaying anything and just says £0.00.

    I’ve read that this happens sometimes when the balance exceeds the credit limit. Could you please take a look?

    This can sometimes happen if you pay an amount that's higher than your credit limit or if you pay more than your last statement balance. If you get in touch with the Credit Card team, they'll be able to remove it for you.

    You can reach the Credit Card team on 0345 300 4278 (Mon - Fri: 8am to 9pm, Sat - Sun: 8am - 6pm) and they'll be happy to help.

    To speak to one of my colleagues, please choose option 2 and enter your security details, then press 0. If you don't have any details to hand, just press 0 and you will then be passed through.
