Hello, thank for replying. My card has been stopped but no reason why. Will a letter appear? Is there online chat?

You will need to call us for this, I'm afraid. You can reach the Credit Card team on 0345 300 4278 (Mon - Fri: 8am to 9pm, Sat - Sun: 8am - 6pm) and they'll be happy to help.

To speak to one of my colleagues, please choose option 2 and enter your security details, then press 0. If you don't have any details to hand, just press 0 and you will then be passed through.

im sure policy includes paper copies being posted correct?

its very hard to make a call at moment, hence why online is so awesome at times

@Hames1984 It would really depend on what the card was stopped for, however you will need to call us regardless to remove any block on the account. Sorry for the inconvenience!
