    Hi I applied for a loan and it said I was approved but wanted to see a bank statement but I havnt received any email or anything for where I can send said bank statement to , thank you in advance

    It's likely we've posted your credit agreement in the post, and it'll arrive within 3-5 working days. Once you've returned your signed credit agreement, we'll be able to send your funds to you after we've run some final checks.

    If you'd like to check the status of the application, you can call our Loans Team on 0345 600 6016 (Mon - Fri: 8am - 8pm Sat - Sun: 9am - 2pm) and they'll be happy to help.

    We're making some changes to our private messaging feature which means it's currently unavailable, so in the meantime we'll need you to call for anything urgent of account specific, I'm afraid. I understand this may be an inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work through this.
