Ongoing Payment and Login Issue

    Subject: Ongoing Payment and Login Issues


    Over the past week, I’ve been experiencing a recurring issue when trying to make payments from my account. Each time I attempt a transaction, it prompts me to log in and authorise the payment. I follow the steps and successfully authorise it, but then I’m taken back to the previous screen where it says the payment has been declined or there’s an error.


    This problem is now happening every time I try to use my card for transactions requiring 3D Secure (third-party authorisation). To get around it, I’ve had to transfer funds to my other bank account and make payments from there — which works without any issues.


    In addition, there’s a problem with the fingerprint login. Sometimes it works fine, but other times I’m forced to log in manually using my password and 5-digit security code, even though biometric login is enabled.


    Please can you look into both of these issues and resolve them as soon as possible?
