    good evening, i applied on line and was accepted for a credit card, I was at the point of filling in the boxes for balance transfers and had to come off of the page to get the information, and it made me lose everything, and i hadnt ticked the terms and conditions box - can you check if the application is still valid please.

    I'm sorry to hear about this. If you speak to the Credit Card team, they'll be able to check to see if the application has been finalised.
