Hello, my credit card is coming up for renewal in August 2025 and I understand it will be replaced automatically with a new card 2 weeks before expiry. However, my oversight, I am already overseas and would like to use my new CC. Can I request the card is sent to me in France at a residential address? Thanks.

If you call the Credit Card team on 0345 300 4278 (Mon - Fri: 8am to 9pm, Sat - Sun: 8am - 6pm) they'll do their best to help.
To speak to one of my colleagues, please choose option 2 and enter your security details, then press 0. If you don't have any details to hand, just press 0 and you will then be passed through.
