You can now share your additional support needs securely through our Mobile Banking App. This helps us understand how we can make managing your accounts easier for you.

Here’s how:
  1. Open the Tesco Bank Mobile Banking App.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap 'Additional Support'.
  4. Select 'Tell us about your additional needs'.
You’ll be taken to a secure online form where you can let us know what kind of support would be most helpful – whether that’s how we communicate with you or any extra assistance you might need.
