Card payment not showing after bank transfer on Saturday

Please allow for 1-2 working days for card payments to process. The latest it should show on the account, is the end of tomorrow.

@ChristopherP I used payment reference from the old card number as it was saved in my payment list on my bank but it was fine last month

@Lisa230786 Thanks for clarifying that. It may take a day or two longer for your payment to transfer over to your new card. If you can't see your payment within a few days you may need to give us a call on 0345 300 4278 (Mon - Fri: 8am to 9pm, Sat - Sun: 8am - 6pm) and we can allocate the payment to your new card number.
Please ensure you update your faster payment reference to your current card number for future use.
