Savings account - missing bonus 4000 Clubcard points

    Hi,

    I opened an Internet Saver last year as I was offered 4000 bonus Clubcard points if this was a) opened by 29 February 2024 and b) had a minimum balance of £2000 on 2 April 2024. I met both these requirements but never received the bonus points. Clubcard team can't help - it needs to be Tesco Bank. I've phoned the bank, and someone promised to pass the query to the correct team, but I've heard absolutely nothing. I'd prefer not to have to keep phoning as it takes ages to get through and to explain the issue. Can any representative on here help? Thanks.
