I opened a new Internet Saver account on 13th June, and also posted back a signed form last week. However, despite all the app and online account seeming to work and be fully functional, when I try to transfer funds to my joined account, it just says there's an error after the last page, (where I enter the password), now I cannot access any funds in this account, and I need transfer some as it's an inheritance and we need to pay for a funeral from it!
