App crashing

    I am trying to access my latest statement, from 1/1/2024 to July 2025 but everytime i try to access it , the app crashes . Is there any way to get access or a paper copy a.s.a.p as I need it to send to the DWP . Someone has alleged that I have savings over £15,000 .

    @Dinglecon Hey there, sorry you're having this issue. I have two suggestions that I hope will help:


    • Delete and reinstall the latest version of the app- this will fix any bugs.
    • Log into your Tesco Bank Online Banking via our website here.
    Top tip- if you are unsure of your username, you can locate this in the main menu of the app. You can also reset your password or security number in the same location by selecting the three horizontal lines at the top of the screen and you will see the options for this located on the menu list.

    To download your statement online you will find this in the statements and documents tab.
