Statement not printing correct month

    When I look at my monthly statement I used to be able to forward it on to my email or print it out. However when I do this for June it forwards or prints out May!

    I'm sorry you're having the problems forwarding on the statement mail or being able to print the latest.

    Your statements are generated overnight on the statement date if you could ask you to check that you're trying to download after that.

    There haven't been any changes to the system in the last month to cause any issues with your June statement. If it's still an issue, could we ask you to check the security settings on your device in case they've update since last month or try a different device.

    I received an email to say that my monthly statement was ready. I logged into my account and the correct statement was showing. I then went to share my statement via email but when I opened the attachment on my email the statement was not for June....it was the previous one for May! I have been doing this for years and never had this problem. Same thing happens when I print the statement
