I received my June credit card statement recently and at the bottom it said I had interest due on ‘cash withdrawals and transactions’. It’s the first time I’ve had this, but I can’t think of what transaction it occurred with.

what kind of transactions usually lead to interest being charged?

Hey @OliverK , thanks for getting in touch😀.

You can find out about the different types of cash transactions here.

One not appearing on the list that is also quite common is purchasing gift cards.

If none of these transactions apply, please call our Credit Card team on 0345 300 4278 (Mon - Fri: 8am to 9pm, Sat - Sun: 8am - 4pm) and they'll be happy to help.

To speak to one of my colleagues, please choose option 2 and enter your security details, then press 0. If you don't have any details to hand, just press 0 and you will then be passed through.

I hope you get it all sorted.
