How do you transfer money in the Tesco Bank app?

    I had a bond set up with Tesco, which matured in March, and the original investment went into a newly created Tesco savings account. I downloaded the Tesco Bank app to access the savings account and I can see my original investment in there, however I have no option to transfer the money out of that account, nor do I seem to be gaining interest on it, so the money is basically stuck in that account, depreciating.

    I've gone through the app several times and can't find a transfer option. Is it not possible to do this through the app?

    @Ojn17041991 Hey There, thanks for getting in touch.

    Unfortunately, this is something that cannot be done through our mobile app but instead has to be processed on the website. You can login from the using the dame details as your app and there you will find and option to 'Manage Account' and send money from the relevant account.

    Thanks for your suggestion, but when I use the web app and visit the Manage Account page, there are no options to send money. Could there possibly be a restriction on the account? I'm afraid I don't know the T&Cs of this product since it was created automatically for me on bond maturity.
