I have a Tesco internet saver account that I often transfer money to and from. When I transfer money to my Tesco savings account, I use the correct sort code and account number.

Any incoming transfers to my current account (with Halifax) come from a different sort code and account number, not the one associated with my Tesco savings account. Is this normal?

When checking transfer history, no incoming transfers from my savings account match the sort code and account number that I have and that I use to send money to my savings account.
