Unknown Transaction

    I have recently been to Turkey and used my card twice but having just checked by statement. I have 2 unknown transactions.
    Surely Tesco bank should have a service where possible fraudulent activity like this can be emailed with screen shots

    For unrecognised transactions please call in to report and discuss this with our Security Team on 0345 366 1281 (Mon - Fri: 8am to 9pm,
    Sat - Sun: 8am - 6pm).

    It is not necessary to send us an image of your transactions, so don't worry we will have all the information and more to support you with your concern.

    Top tip- if you are concerned your card is compromised you can temporarily block your card online or the app straight away.

    Please log in to your online banking, click on the arrow to expand your account and open the 'Your Card' feature by clicking the 'More' button. From there you’ll be able to temporarily block your credit card, so it cannot be used for any transactions (but any pending transactions will still be paid). You’ll also block the cards of additional cardholders - so be sure to let them know.

    You can easily unblock your credit card at any time by following the same steps, and you can start using it again immediately.

    For mobile app users- go to your transaction screen. Apple users select 'Manage Account' at bottom of the screen and Android users select three blue dots at the bottom of screen. From there, please select 'Lost and Stolen' and then 'Temporary Block'.

    Please do not cancel card and leave blocked before calling us. For further information on unrecognised transactions please click here.
