    My name is Ivan Kulinskyi. I urgently need to cancel my car insurance policy (Policy Number: 9781704) for vehicle registration VE53 GEJ, which I have recently sold.

    I have made multiple attempts to contact your support team over the last several days — via phone numbers listed on your website, live chat, and email — but none of them are working. The phone lines do not even ring, and there is no way to speak with an agent. This is unacceptable for a service that handles time-sensitive financial matters.


    I am trying to cancel the policy before another payment is taken, and I still have 12 days left in the current paid month. I am requesting a refund for the unused portion of this payment.


    Your failure to provide any working means of communication has left me with no choice but to consider escalating this to the Financial Ombudsman Service and FCA, unless this issue is resolved promptly.


    Please confirm immediate cancellation of the policy and refund of the remaining balance. I would also appreciate written confirmation that no further charges will be taken from my account.

    P.S. I noticed that you tried calling me about 5 minutes ago, but there seemed to be an issue with the connection — all I heard was silence on the line. Also, the number you sent by email doesn’t work at all; there aren’t even any dial tones.


    Please try calling me again after 3:00 PM when I’ll be at home. However, the best way to reach me would be via email to avoid any further connection issues.
