Why wont my credit card let me do a money transfer & is there a way to contact the support team as i am abroad on holiday so cannot contact the number

There could be a few different reasons this is not working for you.

Please call us on +44 1268 50 80 27 (Mon - Fri: 8am to 9pm, Sat - Sun: 8am - 6pm) and we can look into this further. You can also find our overseas phone number printed on your credit card itself.
