Please cancel my car insurance, PLEASE!

    Hello again,


    I understand that you do read these messages. You attempted to call me once today — I answered, but there was only silence on the line. Then at 11:00 AM, I simply received a text message saying that you tried to reach me.


    You also sent an email asking me to urgently call you back using a provided number, but when I tried — again, no response, not even a dial tone.


    I sold my car on Saturday, 28th June 2025, and I’ve been trying to get in touch with you ever since.


    Could you PLEASE just cancel the insurance and send me a confirmation by email? Alternatively, feel free to contact me via WhatsApp, Telegram, or Viber, or even reply here — but the fact remains: I no longer need the insurance, as I no longer own the vehicle. There is nothing left to insure.


    Please help me resolve this simple yet very important matter.

    We are unaware of any of our lines having issues, however I will pass this information on. I have tested the customer service line, and it is working at the moment.

    Please call us on 03456 730 000 (Mon - Fri: 8am to 8pm, Sat - Sun: 9am - 2pm) and a member of the team can support you with this.
