Tried to send money from my savings account to my linked account bit it will not let me do this?

Sorry you're having trouble transferring money from your savings account.

Is this a new account? If so, it takes 48 hours for the confirmation of Payee to be set up for new savings accounts.

If it's not a new account, please contact our Savings team on 0345 678 5678 (Mon - Fri: 8am - 6pm, Sat - Sun: 9am - 3pm) they will be happy to assist you.
