I got accepted for a credit card and been told the card is on its way. But not received a pin or the card yet and it’s been over a week. How long do they usually take?

I'm sorry you haven't received your card and pin yet. The timescale for your pin to arrive is 3-5 working days and the card will arrive shortly after usually in 5-7 working days.

As it has been over a week and you haven't received your pin or card, please contact our Credit Card team on 0345 300 4278 (Mon - Fri: 8am to 9pm, Sat - Sun: 8am - 6pm) and they'll be happy to help.
