Hello, you tried to debit £331 from my account and it bounced because I hadn't been paid. I then paid this amount the day after and I have just noticed that you have taken the amount again from bank which has now left me short. Please can this amount be transferred back to my account?

I'm sorry to hear your direct debit has collected again after making the payment manually. This is an automatic process that happens when your direct debit payment fails, we automatically try and recollect the money in 10 working days, even if a manual payment has been made.

You can get the direct debit payment back by contact the paying bank and ask them to complete a direct debit indemnity, they will put the funds back into your bank account.
