I can't login

    Hi there
    I want to top-up it or apply for a 2nd loan but I can't log in because I don't know the username and I can't complete the “Forgotten your username” process.
    I got this message:


    "Sorry, those details don't match an existing user. If you have registered, check your details are correct, including your Postcode and try again. If you haven't registered, you can register now."

    on this screen I only have my name, surname, post code and date of birth. can someone help me please, how can I access my account again?

    Sorry to hear about this issue you're experiencing. This message means you're either entering information that doesn't match what we hold on file for you, or that you haven't registered the account yet.

    Have you tried to register the account to see if that is the issue?

    Hi,
    I don't remember registering before, when I was using my first loan, and when I want to register now, the registration form asks me for things I don't already have, such as the credit card I have from Tesco Bank, the bank account number, so I can't register.

    so I don't have any products registered with Tesco bank, I can't find any way to register a new membership or top-up my old loan.

    @onurunlu34 You'll need your Loan account details to register. The quickest way to retrieve your account number is by checking the direct debit reference for your loan. The account number is the last 8 digits before the forward slash and the sort code is 40-64-12.

    This information is also available on your welcome pack and on your statements. If you don't have any of these to hand, please give our Loans team a call on, 0345 600 6016 (Mon - Fri: 8am - 6pm Sat - Sun: 9am - 2pm) , and they'll be able to confirm this information over the phone.
