Hi,
I have returned signed documents on 5th July 2025 morning. I had contacted Tesco bank and they said they haven’t received documents/post yet from their side. It was a first class mail and should have been delivered by Tuesday afternoon. But how long it will take to receive documents from their side and will the loan approved in principle after hard credit search will be declined.

I was expecting a response by end of today as it stated 2 working days from the date they receive letters. Currently they haven’t received and will loan will approved.

I'm sorry to hear about this. Once we've received and verified your documents it should take no more than 2-3 working days for everything to finalise, provided everything checks out.
